ASSESSMENT/ADMISSION

Karlton provides individualized assessments prior to admission. Our pre-assessment is conducted by our licensed nurse to ensure that a potential resident's care and social needs can be met. We handle all stages of Alzheimer's/Dementia and have a non-ambulatory status. Recognizing both personal decisions for a resident and their family every effort is made for a successful transition.

Once they are admitted, all of our residents are monitored daily by the care providers and nurse. We are a Residential Care: Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and are unable to participate in the MediCal program.
