Assessment and Reassessment every 3 months.

We have a secured perimeter which allows residents to
wander outside in our walkways freely and safely.

LVN on staff and caregivers are given inservices every
month by a licensed professional.
- 24-hour care and supervision.

Wonderful activities 7 days per week, which also includes
Adult Education.

Our care includes bathing, dressing, grooming, oral
care, and incontinence care.
- Complete hair salon, daily laundry & housekeeping
service, and central air conditioning/heating. Nutrionally balanced
meals and special diets to accommodate their needs.

On-premises physicians, psychiatrists, dermatologists,
dentists, podiatrists and PA (physicians assist.); who visits
our residents on a regular basis.
*Our location is a short distance from major hospitals (Anaheim
General & West Anaheim Medical Center)
